| Additional information | It has come to the attention of the Central Bank of Ireland (‘Central Bank’) that a fraudulent entity, offering fake investments in Iron-Cap/IRONCAP and operating the websites (not currently active) www.iron-cap.com and https://www.iron-cap.io/, is not authorised to operate as an investment firm / investment business firm in Ireland. This unauthorised firm cloned the details (name, address and registration details) of a legitimate firm called AGF International Advisors Company Limited (CBI00022137) which is authorised by the Central Bank. It should be noted that there is no connection whatsoever between the Central Bank authorised entity and the unauthorised entity, operating the websites www.iron-cap.com and https://www.iron-cap.io/. |
