The data sources and methods used to compile these statistics are in development, and may become Central Bank official statistics in time. The statistics are updated on a quarterly, bi-annually or yearly basis and may be subject to revision more often than our official statistics. Please note that Frontier Statistics do not have the same degree of certainty attached to them as official statistics.

Key Indicators - Quarter 3 2025

Total Domestic Credit

The outstanding credit advanced to Irish households and businesses in March 2025 was €219.6bn, which is €1.1bn lower than it was in the previous quarter.

Mortgage Interest Rate Distributions

The median interest rate on bank-held mortgages at end-June 2025 was 3.45% (3.95% in June 2024).

Non-Bank New Lending to Irish Enterprises

Non-bank new lending to Irish enterprises was €386mn in June 2025, down from €407mn in June 2024.

Household Debt

Total loans to Irish households from domestic lenders were €149bn in Q2 2025.

Investment and Money Market Funds

Assets under management of actively managed funds were €3.73 trillion at the end of Q3 2025.
