2. Mapping tool
The Consumer Protection Code 2025 (the Code) consolidates four earlier legal instruments:
- The Consumer Protection Code 2012
- The Code of Conduct on Mortgage Arrears (CCMA)
- The Central Bank (Supervision and Enforcement) Act 2013 (Section 48) (Licensed Moneylenders) Regulations 2020
- The Central Bank (Supervision and Enforcement) Act 2013 (Section 48(1)) (Insurance Requirements) Regulations 2022.
The mapping tool shows where the requirements and provisions of the above can be found in the 2025 Consumer Protection Regulations and the Standards for Business Regulations.
