We understand the transition from college to working life can seem daunting, but we are here to support you. We offer:

• A dedicated Line Manager who will support you through your work, give feedback, and ensure you are integrated into your team
• A dedicated Buddy who is a graduate that understands what it is like to be in your shoes
• Additional bespoke support from our Early Careers Team.

Other supports include our Employee Assistance Programme, our Employee Networks and our Mental Health Employee Champions.

On our Graduate Programme, you can expect:

Our vibrant Sports & Social Club offers staff a wide range of activities to suit diverse interests—from sports and fitness classes to cultural and social events. Whether you're keen on athletics, tag rugby, photography, yoga, or simply enjoying a night out with colleagues, there's something for everyone. The club regularly organises social events throughout the year, including theatre nights, quiz evenings and seasonal celebrations.

Our efforts to support and promote the employment of graduates with disabilities has been recognised at the Willing Able Mentoring (WAM) Leader Awards by AHEAD in recent years. 

We have also been recognised with an accreditation from the Business Working Responsibly Mark, awarded “Investors in Diversity – Silver” from the Irish Centre for Diversity in 2026 – 2028, and won the “Public Sector Organisation of the Year” award at the 2024 National Diversity & Inclusion Awards.

And we continue to maintain the IBEC Keep Well Mark, which includes an assessment of our D&I activities.
