About Adverse Assessments
Assessments into alleged contraventions of the Securities Markets Regulations are conducted by one or more assessors appointed by the Central Bank
An Adverse Assessment is an assessment made by the assessor(s) in which the assessor(s) decide(s) that a prescribed contravention of the Securities Markets Regulations by the assessee is being or has been committed. The Adverse Assessment will include the sanctions, if any, to be imposed on the assessee.
