Interim Measures

While the Central Bank works towards launching the Prospectus Portal, the introduction of various pieces of legislation has necessitated establishing a set of interim measures for the submission of prospectus documents to the Central Bank to allow for the capture of new document types and metadata that is to be sent to ESMA. These interim measures will take the form of an email template that should be included in the submission email in addition to the Debt Submission Template (referenced above) and associated documents.

Upon the launch of the Prospectus Portal in Q4 of 2026, the interim measures will no longer be applicable as all relevant metadata and documents will be captured via the Prospectus Portal.

The email templates can be found in the document below and should be used alongside the Debt Submission Template until further notice.
